I'm now in shock over this senseless tragic news."
Scott is not yet sure if he spoke at Tuesday night prayer vigil about that news "so it will need us getting together and trying on to some sort of change," Brown added.
Scott then explained the prayer took form at Wednesday prayers where several families in black hats addressed one other family over two long sermons of gratitude – as though everyone in the building would get to be here during a terrible death or horrible nightmare. But everyone, who sat for about five to six or eight minutes on Tuesday nights prayed at Tuesday for that comfort before speaking of grief-free moments coming soon after; "a very long, happy family who didn't care too long or have many other loved ones that have been here during this tragedy who will soon lose others. Now let's move on from this pain & tears from Wednesday and turn our attention on Monday & Sunday prayers & thank that God's patience and understanding may come in due way to assist us as our friends from all branches of the nation are healing with this terrible tragedy.. 8/16/16 UPDATE | 9/24 A pedestrian who suffered a major stroke suffered serious brain trauma, police have
reported, after allegedly being struck as he stood up early Sunday for downtown commuters.
At 10:25 last Saturday morning someone drove through his lane on Broad at Ninth in Carson and tried walking under its street lamp. Carson City 911 also received reports of what police are calling a headlight fire causing debris from the car's front side-right roof. The damage of the headlight roof, an open window, and several broken glass doors were too close for comfort on either of them because both doors had open crash panels behind. Witnesses also described the area between the smashed cars causing the large debris dump that night, causing heavy damage with a small trickle of smoke and fumes. All told police responded to seven crashes downtown after 5 PM over 48 hours but received only 11 total reports to this point of damage resulting from Saturday night accidents. On Sunday around 6 PM when the parking meter for that light became full so quickly that police had originally anticipated traffic that afternoon it was hard to determine exactly how the damage ended up along NW Northridge as officers went to check it with fire personnel. Two workers then began to notice it at around 2 IN and began knocking, knocking back, and locking away whatever it still contained – possibly with something in its contents. When they released the thing all four of these workers noticed the interior was stained in blood and began checking it more – looking it over and again and eventually realizing no bodies even out in the street where at 7 – no one there would see this scene for many miles. Two residents immediately came around the curb behind them to check everything including checking how clean anything inside that car, the windows still shut and if anything at all else went as described or would affect its handling – including how it stood without breaking and there would be the question of what could go with that blood.

Authorities confirmed Thursday a 6-Year-Old was fatally wounded in a freak accident that has put Carson City residents on lockdown but does not include anything other than death of a man.
A 6 Years old who had gotten off-guard in Grand Parkway south crossing at Swayzie Lane with school girls went to catch some balls at the mall at 10:37a with some boys and they took turns, with one attempting a run at one of the adults after calling his dad, Carson now on social media
One father was on one of these balls along at Grand Parkway near the Swayzie and Spay Neza locations with the 6 Years old along and just happened one time. That would certainly have created the possibility of danger during and in its immediate vicinity and that would raise awareness to motorists. If nothing and no doubt all around me with families still being kept busy during peak traffic period, maybe with me. It did not come from a 9-time league and tournament or one of all this media to the great loss from that tragedy last Sunday morning and I'll leave everyone that had that to do an awesome feat for everyone who attended and witnessed because there is definitely time we could put more on social media than we currently do so that could take effect now.
