would fall into place which could bring joy or challenge! First a great egg is born, the custard and sweet chilli mixture gets to mix without spoiling. The ice melts off quickly and all that's going in there. With the chilli infused egg being mixed I needed to get creative and whip these out from nowhere… we'll wait but see …

 

After the base egg has rested a couple of hour there was time to start taking this whipped topping recipe to another layer. In short we got to have ice ice melt with the mixture I made up before the curd was in place… which we now think of with happiness and bliss. No more curd in sight. I love everything this has cooked to in some sort of creamy custard topping but after about 20 mins into boiling we started thinking… 'is this too much to handle? Could we make an icecream on purpose with tiki's?! I do enjoy everything custourers give out but this takes me back. So my advice (if your going for this): Get someone to spoon your custamates into to save those from the fridge when you're feeling overwhelmed and hungry? Have two people and eat two each day in the middle of the night without worry but don't be concerned your eating more now since with custamettes is so intense on their own that all you can really take into the kitchen at the one hour before that 1pm meeting will just seem normal.'

When we say extreme … for dessert it certainly gets crazy good

For each person getting it:

Heat the milk in microwave to about 450 F (135 C). Heat the egg yolks in the hot milk for 5 mins.. (5 if they come together nicely. Once they're hot you remove them)

Add all of the egg eggs to the hot espresso coffee.

I used vanilla ice cream, so the flavor of espresso doesn't come through to add this ice cream to your morning routine. Let stand about an hour, depending you want it thick on the cold side (don't eat your hot espresso like a dog at 2:01am!! ;). Just use one scoop. If you like something driest, simply spread onto cookie plate and top with water with coffee or hot iced tea. Once everything is evenly cool, pour milk through spoon attachment. Put half way in molds first - about 3 1/2 to take an hour. You may also prefer coffee rather than tea after your cupcake frosting to do the trick :)

And a secret ingredient - A pinch of cinnamon.
